Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Knifenoted Plumbing wants everyone to be able to use knifenoted.living, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Are Aiming For

We want this site to work for as many people as possible. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are widely used standards for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To support that goal, we try to:

  • Use clear headings and a sensible page order
  • Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
  • Keep text easy to read, with strong color contrast
  • Let visitors move around using only a keyboard
  • Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
  • Write in plain, simple words
  • Label every form field clearly

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from outside sources, such as embedded tools or services, may be beyond our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

Other Ways to Get Help

If part of this site is hard for you to use, help is still available. Request a callback to reach a plumber, or email contact@knifenoted.living and we will do our part to assist you.

Tell Us What You Found

Your feedback on accessibility is welcome. Please email contact@knifenoted.living and let us know:

  • Which page or feature gave you trouble
  • What happened, and what you expected to happen
  • The browser, device or assistive technology you were using, if you know

We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Always a Work in Progress

Accessibility is never finished. As this site changes, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
